Ingredients
3 eggs
2 1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
Food coloring (Optional)
Preparation
Separate egg whites from yolk. Using just the egg whites, place them into the bowl and beat until frothy.
Add in the sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla with the beaten egg whites until peaks form (should look like thick whipped cream).
Add food coloring of your choice, mix well, and add to baking sheet.
Bake at 300˚F for 25-30 minutes until puffy and cloud-like.
Let cool and enjoy!
