Spicy Korean Silken Tofu 🌶


Ingredients

Silken tofu

1 Garlic clove minced

1/2 Jalapeño minced

2 Green onions finely chopped

2.5 Tbsp Light soy sauce

1 Tbsp Mirin

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tsp Sugar or Honey

1 Tsp gochugaru Korean red pepper

Sesame seeds for garnish


Leave out the jalapeño and gochugaru if you don’t like it spicy 🌶


Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, jalapeño, green onions, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, sugar/honey, and gochugaru.

  2. On a plate, slice the cold tofu into bite-sized pieces and pour the sauce mix on top.

  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
