Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs


Rack of ribs

Half white onion

5 cloves of garlic

Garlic powder

Onion powder


Chili powder

Red pepper flakes

Garlic salt


2 cups BBQ sauce

Apple cider vinegar


  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs, then cut ribs into three sections and set in crockpot.

  2. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and pepper. Rub over ribs until covered.

  3. Add onions, garlic, BBQ sauce, and a splash of apple cider vinegar over the ribs.

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours, then remove and place on baking sheet with foil.

  5. Add more BBQ sauce on top until thoroughly covered.

  6. In oven, broil for 5 minutes until BBQ sauce is caramelized. Let cool and enjoy!
