Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
spam (optional)
kimchi
3 cups rice (precooked)
2 tbs kimchi juice
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
Black pepper
1 egg
Roasted seaweed
Preparation
Mince garlic and chop onion, spam, and kimchi.
Oil up a pan to medium heat and add onion, garlic, and spam.
When the spam is cooked a little, add butter and kimchi on top, sautéing it all together.
Add rice, kimchi juice, and soy sauce on top. Mix well, then add black pepper, and sesame oil.
Continue to stir and mix until done.
In a different pan, fry an egg.
Plate the fried rice and place the fried egg on top. Sprinkle some chopped roasted seaweed and enjoy!
