5-6 imitation crab sticks
2 tbs carrots minced
1 green onion minced
Salt and pepper
Microwave your imitation crab sticks for 10 seconds. This will make it easier to shape. Shape the crab sticks into a heart and use the toothpick to hold its shape.
In a bowl beat 2 eggs, add in the chopped carrots, green onions, salt and pepper. Mix throughly.
Heat your pan on medium and add a little bit of oil.
Add in the heart shaped crab, slowly spoon in the egg mixture inside the hearts. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
