Geotejori Fresh Kimchi Salad 배추겉절이 김치



Ingredients

1 napa cabbage

2-3 tbs minced garlic

1-2 tbs cut green onions

1/2 cup 3 crabs fish sauce

2 tbs red pepper flakes gochugaru

3 tbs sugar

1/2-1 tbs sesame oil

2/3 tbs sesame seeds


Preparation

  1. Wash and cut your Napa cabbage then set aside in a large bowl.

  2. Add garlic, onions, fish sauce, pepper flakes, sugar, and sesame oil together in a medium bowl and mix well.

  3. Add mixture to the Napa cabbage and mix by hand.

  4. Crush sesame seeds in hands and sprinkle over Napa cabbage.

  5. Plate and drizzle sesame oil over the salad. Enjoy!

배추겉절이 김치


1 배추 씻어서 물기를 뺀다

파를 썰고 버무리세요 2-3 큰술

다진마늘 3 큰술을 소스에 섞어주세요

설탕 3 큰술

액젓(개세마리) 반컵

고추가루 2 큰술

휘시소스에 고추가루 설탕 마늘을 썩어서 배추에 버무린다

다음에 깨소금을 뿌린다
