Garlic Butter Milk Bread Lobster Rolls


Sprinkle of sweet paprika

Sprinkle smoked paprika

2 tbs salted butter for garlic bread

1.5 tbs salted butter for the lobster

1 tbs Minced Garlic for the garlic bread

1 tbs minced garlic for the lobster

4 slices of milk bread

1/2 Green onions

1/2 Lemon

7 small lobster tails or 4 large


4 tbs Japanese Mayo

3 tbs Sriracha

Squeeze of lemon


  1. Steam lobster for 5-7mins. Chop into bite sized pieces.

  2. Add minced garlic and butter to a small bowl and add melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread evenly on to the slices of milk bread on both sides.

  3. On a pan, toast the bread until golden.

  4. Mix Mayo, Sriracha and lemon together.

  5. Sauté butter, garlic, and lobster on a pan. Squeeze half a lemon. Add smoked and sweet paprika and pepper. (Don’t spill like me lol)

  6. Toss and set aside.

  7. Spread the sauce on the toast.

  8. Add lobster and top with green onions. Enjoy :)
