6 large eggs
3 tbs mayonnaise
1 stp mustard
salt and pepper
Bring a pot of water to boil and place eggs in carefully. Let boil for ~14 minutes.
While eggs are boiling, prepare a bowl with ice & water to place the eggs in.
Once done, move eggs to the ice water bath and let eggs cool completely. Once cooled, peel the shells and cut in half length wise.
Remove the yolks into a separate bowl. Add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash the mix until smooth and place in a plastic bag.
Cut a corner of the plastic bag to create a piping bag and squeeze the mixture into the center of each egg.
Top the eggs with paprika and enjoy! :)
