Crepes With Berry Compote


1 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 room temperature eggs

11/4 cup milk

2 tbs melted butter


  1. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl whisk the eggs and mix in the milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients together then add the butter in.

  2. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.

  3. On medium to low heat add butter to a pan.

  4. Slowly spread the batter. Cook for about 30 seconds and flip, cook for another 30 seconds.

The most fun part is the stuffing and toppings! You can add fruits, Nutella, peanut butter, different sauces and jams, or eat it savory with cheese and eggs! The possibilities are endless :)

Berry Compote

  1. Add your favorite berries, honey (or sugar) and a little bit of water in a small sauce pan, simmer for 6 min.

  2. Add to crepes and enjoy!
