ciabatta baguette (sliced)

1 tbs butter

1 tbs minced garlic

salt and pepper

3 roma tomatoes

2 tbs cut basil leaves

1.5 tbs minced garlic

3 tbs Olive oil

2tbs balsamic vineagar


  1. In a bowl, add butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Microwave for 10-20 seconds and lightly brush it on each slice of the ciabatta (both sides).

  3. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place the bread on a sheet pan and bake for 4-5 minutes on each side.

  4. Chop the tomatoes and basil leaves into smaller pieces and add to a bowl.

  5. Add a tablespoon of garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil then mix until blended well.

  6. Top the bread with the mix and enjoy!
