1/2 small watermelon
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Slice the watermelon in half and cut it up into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice a handful of fresh basil—you can also substitute with mint.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper, then drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
Add feta cheese crumbles on top, then garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
