Pumpkin Pie Purée From Scratch


1 small pie pumpkin

2 tsp Pumpkin spice or (1/8 tsp cloves, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and ginger)

Pinch of salt


  1. Wash and cut your pumpkin in half.

  2. Lay your pumpkin on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Bake 400 for 30-40 minutes until tender.

  4. Peel the skin and add it to a food processor or blender. Add pumpkin spices.

  5. Blend in a food processor or blender until smooth.
