Ciabatta bread (or preferred bread)
Salt and pepper
Optional: balsamic glaze
Using two slices of bread, spread a generous amount of mayo and fig jam on both slices.
Add desired amount of brie cheese and prosciutto to one slice, then add a small handful of baby arugula to the other slice. (Optional: drizzle balsamic glaze over baby arugula).
Combining the two halves, add mayo to each side of the sandwich before toasting.
On a sandwich press or heated buttered pan, be sure to press firmly and grill each side until the outside reaches a crispy golden brown.
When done, cut it in half and let cool.
